Rufus

Good Afternoon to you all, as some of you may know i walk a dog for a neighbour as she can no longer get out to walk him.  Rufus was what we call here in Spain a street dog and was managing to survive but one day as Pam and her husband were out walking (about 5 yrs ago) they were going back to their car, opened the car door and Rufus jumped in and quite clearly adopted Pam and John, he has been with them ever since.  He has absolutely no plans of running away or leaving them as he is sooo well looked after there.  He is a bit tubby i must admit even with the long walk i give him each morning.  I have grown quite attached to Rufus even though he can be a bit grumpy with other dogs, not all dogs just a certain few he has taken a dislike to but i am slowly getting him over that.

The card i have made is for Pam & Johns Granddaughter 5th Birthday needless to say she is a true little 5yr old girl who loves Pink - she adores Rufus and Pam thought a card with his Photo on would be just the ticket so here we are.  Pam hasn't seen it yet but i hope she likes it.

Whoopsi Daisy DT card

Hope you are all enjoying your bank holiday weekend in UK and that the weather is kind to you.

The Challenge over at Whoopsi Daisy  this week is White on White , a coloured image is OK though.

I have used sheet 448 for this card and isn't she just beautiful!

I used 2 different embossing folders for this card, the butterfly one is Crafts too and the flower one is by Cuttlebug.
The beautiful image is coloured with Pro Markers.
The flower is hand made with lace and the bow is from stash.

Penny Farthing

Good afternoon to you all.  I made this card a couple of days ago but have only just got round to photographing it.  There is no real reason for making this card other than I rather liked the image.

The image is dds vintage bike.

I coloured the image with pro markers and the baking card is just some card i bought from our local shop.

The butterfly is one that my sister gave me quite a few years ago and the leaves are from stash.

The large flower is build a blossom. 

The backing paper is from k- ology 8.5 x 8.5 scrapbook design papers.

The sie cut flowers are Marianne design creatabilities.

Pretty in Pink for Whoopsi Daisy DT

Good Morning - I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend.  It is my husband Eddie's Birthday today so we are going away for a few days to Cabo de Gata , hopefully the sun will be shining and who knows maybe we will be able to do a bit of snorkeling.

Today DT card for the Whoopsi Daisy Challenge is Pretty in Pink or Anything goes with a Whoopsi Daisy Image.  I have used a Pre Coloured image from Sheet Number 448 for this one.

The Backing Paper and the Paper she has been printed onto is a very pale pink Pearlescent paper
The die cut is a  Marianne Die.
The Ribbon and gems are from Stash.

Baby Card for a Friend

Hi everybody can you believe it's Friday again, where does the time go!  A friend asked if i could make a new baby card for a cousin of hers that has just had a little boy and this is what i came up with.
