Challenges 4 Everybody - Anything Goes

Hi everybody hope you are all coping with the weather where ever you are.  Ours here in Spain is seriously hot, as i am sure it is with my blogging friends in UK.

I have coloured this fabulous image with my copic pens and you can get her HERE

I made the backing paper using Serif and the kit i have used is  by Chingip i have had this digi kit for a few years now.
The ribbon,starfish,and shell are all from stash.
